Inner Alchemy Healing Retreat

All meals throughout the retreat are fully catered to ensure you feel nourished, supported, and cared for. We will offer a variety of delicious dishes, and we will accommodate food allergies or sensitivities whenever possible.

Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy refreshments before our catered dinner at 7 pm. Hot breakfasts, wholesome lunches, and delicious prepared dinners are provided on Saturday and Sunday, with shelf-stable snacks, whole fruit, coffee, tea, water, and fruit-infused water available throughout the day.

Monday morning concludes with a light continental breakfast before departure. Every detail is designed to support your comfort and your healing journey.

Program Schedule
This schedule reflects the general flow of each day. All practices are guided with flexibility and spaciousness to support individual pacing and integration. To support clarity in participation of the work, this retreat is held as a dry, substance-free container.

Over the course of the retreat, you’ll move through a structured yet nourishing healing arc designed around the Four Levels of the Human Experience.

Each day blends ceremony, somatic practices, guided coaching, reflective integration time, and your private 1:1 DNA Awakening session.

You'll experience fire ceremony, tea ceremony, cacao ritual, Qabbalistic meditation, embodiment work, 4-level teachings, sacred sisterhood, and restorative nourishment throughout the weekend.

While the schedule is intentionally crafted to support deep transformation, it also allows space for rest, grounding, and gentle integration as you move through your Inner Alchemy journey.
