Our September 9 scheduled speaker has changed, and we are excited to now feature a Customer Service Panel Presentation & Discussion as our September program.
One of our Best Practices Planning goals for this year is to capitalize on some of the expertise and skills of our own members for Professional Development Programs, and this will achieve that goal. PLUS, customer service delivery is so integral to all of our business successes, so it is a very relevant topic to present!
