About us

Improve your skills in software development with regular workshops in Python coding, data analysis and engineering. Workshops run for 90 minutes every week.

You are invited to participate in a workshop. After that you are expected to register with Academis (https://www.academis.eu/) as a regular attendant.

Workshops take place in Kristians office in Schöneberg. At all events, the Berlin Code of Conduct is mandatory (http://www.berlincodeofconduct.org).

Python Unplugged: Collaborative Coding

We practice programming by writing a Python game together. We have: one computer, one keyboard, one clearly defined task. The person typing switches every five minutes. No skipping.

We do not have internet and we do not have AI. It's just Python code and us.

This collaborative workshop is for people with basic Python knowledge and for experienced programmers. You do not need to bring anything.

Participation is free. If you want to attend these events regularly you will be expected to register for a course with Academis (https://www.academis.eu/).

The event location is barrier-free. We believe that providing a harassment-free environment matters: The Berlin Code of Conduct is manadatory (https://berlincodeofconduct.org/).
