Are you experiencing unusual physical, emotional, or energetic changes that feel out of sync with your usual self? You’re not alone—and you may be going through Ascension Sickness, a common but often misunderstood part of the spiritual awakening journey.

In this heart-centered class, Susan will discuss what ascension truly means, why these shifts happen, and how to support yourself through the symptoms with compassion and awareness. From physical symptoms and emotional waves to energetic purging and spiritual breakthroughs, this session offers a safe, non-judgmental space to gain clarity, receive guidance, and feel deeply supported.

You’ll learn:
- What ascension sickness is and why it happens
- Common signs and how to tell if you’re experiencing it
- Holistic tools to ease discomfort and bring balance
- The spiritual gifts hidden beneath the symptoms
- How to stay grounded and connected during times of intense change

We’ll also include a gentle meditation, space for sharing, and supportive practices to help you move through your process with greater ease and trust.

This class is for anyone experiencing rapid shifts, seeking deeper understanding, or simply looking for support during their personal evolution.

This class is scheduled for 90 minutes to accommodate both the presentation and time for questions. Please note that the session may conclude earlier if participant interaction is limited.
