Are you ready to reclaim your energy, and learn how to give to others while honoring yourself?

Join Susan as she discusses how you can heal the deeply rooted patterns of people-pleasing, over-giving, and self-abandonment. This course explores the mental, emotional and energetic aspects of belief systems that create these shadow behaviors and provides tools to better understand what is happening within the shadow self.

By working with shadow healing, energetic awareness, and practical tools, you’ll learn to strengthen your energetic field, restore your vitality, and re-align with your highest self.

Together, we will journey into the subtle dimensions of shadow work — where healing happens at the deepest levels.

This class is scheduled for 90 minutes to accommodate both the presentation and time for questions. Please note that the session may conclude earlier if participant interaction is limited.
