In a world of constant motion, we often overlook the quiet intelligence of the pause. We tend to spend our time comparing where we’ve been to where we’re going and not taking time to know where we are. In this one-hour session with Susan, we’ll explore the transformative potential of pausing as a tool for conscious living and inner alignment.

Drawing from psychology, spiritual insight and subtle energetic awareness, this class invites you to experience the "trinistic" nature of existence. We’ll discuss how the interpretation of positive and negative experiences shapes our experience and how the point of power is always in the present.

Through reflective discussion and presence-based practices, you'll learn how to access the wisdom within the pause, becoming more open, aware, and attuned to the subtle downloads available in stillness. This is a powerful tool to integrate into everyday life—whether in moments of transition, creation, or decision.

Why Is the Academy Offering This Event for Free?
Founded by Susan in late 2024, the Academy of Self Discovery was created to share over 20 years of teaching experience in a meaningful and accessible way. This is a special opportunity to explore our offerings, experience our teaching style, and begin your journey of self-discovery with us. After this introductory period, the Academy will transition to a subscription-based model with options for individual class purchases starting January 2026.
