Professor Norman Gray is a senior biomedical scientist and engineer who holds eight international medical device patents. As a co-founder of a hi-tech biomedical device company, he directed the growth of the enterprise from an MIT-based medical research incubator to a multinational group of companies with around 80,000 employees.
As the Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Quinnipiac University, he is promoting the commercialization of ideas for numerous innovative projects and early stage start-up teams at Yale and Quinnipiac universities

Ernõ Duda is Co-Founder, President & CEO of Solvo Biotechnology, Hungary’s largest independent biotech company. Mr. Duda is also Founder and President of the Hungarian Biotechnology Association and Co-Founder and Chairman of Aquincum Technology Incubator. As a genuine entrepreneur, he has founded or co-founded over 20 companies, including Copy General quick printing chain, a corporate finance consulting company focused on high-tech Hungarian start-ups, and Hungary’s largest online second-hand book store. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Szeged, and teaches biotechnology and entrepreneurship at several Universities. He was the Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary, and President of the Junior Achievement Foundation Hungary from 1997 until 2006. Mr. Duda was a member of the Research and Technology Innovation Council from 2005 until 2010, the Board of Trustees of the Bay Zoltán Foundation for Applied Research from 2004 to 2011. Besides holding a position in the board of the Hungarian Association for Innovation, he is also a regular contributor to publications, and frequently holds presentations at conferences and various public events.

Misszió

Ez a csoport azért jött létre, hogy közösséget építsen a digitális egészségügy és az egészségügyi innováció iránt érdeklődőknek. Meetupjainkon szakmai előadóink mellett a területen tevékenykedő startupok is bemutatkoznak. Emellett természetesen lehetőség nyílik kötetlen beszélgetésekre, networkingre is. Célunk kifejezetten a hazai egészségügy fejlesztése, hazai közösség építése, így a meetup nyelve a legtöbb esetben magyar lesz (lesznek kivételek - ezeket jelezzük).

A meetup szervezője a Fenntartható Magyar Egészségügyért Egyesület ( http://www.fmeegyesulet.hu/ ). A meetup további támogatói/alapítói dr. Meskó Bertalan orvosi jövőkutató, a Telekom és T-systems Magyarország, az Abbvie Magyarország, a Mito Kreatív ügynökség és a Laborom. A 2016 November 9-i meetup nyelve angol.
