Accelerate Cabarrus is a 12-part series to teach lean startup methods for new ventures. With monthly hour-long lunch sessions led by Flywheel Founder Peter Marsh, entrepreneurs will follow the syllabus below to develop their business on these methods in practice.
This month, we will be discussing Customer Insights. Customer discovery interviews never stop with a healthy company. There is a specific expertise to conducting these interviews to discover what your customers really value and how they relate to your brand. We will share resources and role play in this session.
