I’ve noticed so much of humanity desperately wanting to evolve, move through the pain of past traumas, and let go of limiting beliefs and fears. However, they appear to be stuck and not progressing in their journey.

These challenges are part of our growth and evolution. However they don’t just disappear by using psychedelics, watching YouTube videos, doing cold plunges, holding crystals or playing our singing bowls.
What these things do is bring the past traumas to the surface to be seen and addressed.

If what arises is not addressed and healed, we are stuck in a circle of repeating the same behaviors.
