I am sharing with you an event I discovered recently, that I consider appropriate for my journey of acceptance of how things were, are and will be.
Sunday from 3pm-5pm we will gather to explore this BRIC exhibition.

Echo{logies} is 2026's Data Through Design exhibition, where artists mined NYC Open Data to expose the city’s hidden rhythms: growth, decay, noise, waste, trees, transit… all the systems quietly shaping how the city lives and fails 🌆📊

We’ll hear NYC’s “voice” evolve over time 🔊, trace its “lungs” across boroughs 🌳… and sit with the uncomfortable question of how things could have unfolded differently

The independent art pieces:
• Desire Paths: Becca Ellsworth & Becca Odell
• HartLine: Ian Callender & Karla Rothstein
• Landscape Workshop: Mark Heller & Mariel Collard Arias
• Linger Loiter: Charlotte Gartenberg & Ivan Himanen
• Metropolitan Cuneiform: Jingrong Zhang
• The Oracle of Gotham 🔮: Karissa Whiting & Elizabeth Costa
• Turnstile Murmurations🚇: Trpti Sanghvi
• Urban Data Orchestra 🎶: Composing the Hidden Rhythms of the City: Elina Oikonomaki & Lukas Lesina Debiasi
• Waste Rhythms ♻️: Living Records of NYC Communities: HaoChe Hung & Tianxing (Vincent) Zhu
• Wild Lots: Craig Fahner & al haley

Expect data, art, and a mild existential spiral 🌀

My name is Lamiae, I will be your host wearing a big meetup tag.
