Join us for an evening of five short films and documentaries covering different sides of how we handle disability: inspiration porn, fear, and institutionalization.
We'll also be screening Piss on Pity, a one-hour documentary of the origins of ADAPT, a movement for disability rights that brought us the Americans with Disabilities Act in 1990.
Pull up in your favorite chair, make some popcorn, and join hoists Claudio Luis Vera and Beth Wagmeister for an evening to remember.
