We are a small, doctor‑led team passionate about making science‑backed nutrition information accessible to people who need it most. Our team includes an American Board of Lifestyle Medicine–certified MD with over 40 years of family medicine experience, alongside a dedicated nutrition and research professional focused on education and community support.
Over the years, we have seen people safely lose significant amounts of weight, lower inflammation, and improve conditions such as arthritis, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol by applying targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes in collaboration with their own healthcare providers.
