For nearly ten years, I lived with recurring depression and anxiety. It often felt like I was doing everything I could to feel better, and yet something still wasn’t shifting. Over time, through my own healing journey and my work as a counsellor, I learned something essential: Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in relationship — in community, in connection, in spaces where we feel safe enough to be seen.
My work now centers on helping women gently reconnect with their bodies. When the mind can soften and the body feels safe enough to speak, real healing becomes possible. 🌻
Lately, I’ve been connecting with more and more women who feel like they’re living mostly in their heads — managing stress, burnout, or ongoing discomfort in the body. For many, this looks like holding tension, feeling tired even after rest, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or navigating chronic or autoimmune conditions while still trying to “hold it all together.”

I’m a Somatic Counsellor (mind-and-body therapist), and my work focuses on helping women reconnect with their bodies and towards a sense of relief.
To make therapy more accessible, I offer a community-based tiered pricing model rooted in trust and integrity. You choose the tier that reflects your current circumstances. This helps keep counselling inclusive, while also allowing those in steadier financial seasons to support others in our community.
