WEEKLY KICK-OFF @ the Café - Job seeking Accountability Partners in Lausanne

Hi!
This is the second on-line event of this group. It was a success because we both showed up! We shared challenges, listend to each other, recharged. Each one defined and clarified goals for the following week. Next week we check with each other what went well, what failed. We redefine the goals for the following week. Thats the cicle: share, learn and enjoy the process!

WHY AM I CREATING THIS GROUP
I’m entrepreneurial, creative, almost 40 years old. I have stepped outside my comfort zone in search of a career change but not everything has worked out. And that's ok! I've had mentors and accountability partners in the past, and now, as someone new to Lausanne and actively looking for work and stability, I feel the need for community more than ever.
This invitation is something new for me. Usually, people speak up once they've found what they were looking for, once they have the story, the method, the results. But this group is about something else. This is the messy middle while we are still vulnerable. I would like to discover if by sharing this process something amazing takes place!

WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER

• Match with accountability partners
• Get together on a weekly basis
• Create a safe zone for introverted and sensitive people
• Share practical help (approaching companies, building presence)
• Offer encouragement and inspiration
• Support each other with patience through learning and portfolio-building

PRACTICAL INFO & METHOD
This group is experimental and evolving, but here's the spirit of it:

• Option 1: Identify the companies or places you’d love to work with. Then practice how to reach out, start 1:1 conversations, and follow up with confidence.
• Option 2: Build a passion project or portfolio piece, and find others to help you shape, pitch, or collaborate on it.
