As an Accountability Tracker for women with ADHD, I will help you accomplish the things you want to do - but find yourself putting off - through timely tracking and follow-ups of your ideal habits, goals, and tasks. We will work together to create more fulfillment and peace in your life … by getting shit done that serves you, my highly-sensitive woman.

Right now, you feel like you’re stuck and suffocating, just keep running in place, a hamster on a wheel, with more and more things piling up. Feeling guiltier and guiltier for not doing them. And the people around you expect you to meet their expectations while you struggle to meet your own, on top of the social obligations demanded of women. (You are not alone!)

For the heart-centered woman, this devaluing experience is soul-crushing …

But! As an intuitive, you either suspect or already know that an external incentive drives you, and you benefit greatly from it.

You are not lazy for needing help. Just like people who use glasses to see well, or people who need insulin to survive, your quality of life improves when we work together to create a simple framework for accomplishing your goals - big and small, magical and muggle.

My goal is to help you find what works for YOU right now. To give you the ability to just … breathe, and to feel competent and safe in your day to day.

You’re frustrated, angry, scared, overwhelmed, confused, everything, and it’s valid. The societal pressures on women are historical and cultural, and they are CONSTANT. Not only are you expected to adhere to patriarchal values, to fall in line, but wait … not like that, brain.

When you’re made to feel like you “fail” to succeed in a demanding job, take care of a partner/children/pets, have a social life, work out, and keep up with fun hobbies. All while maintaining a tidy house and cooking dinner. With a smile on your face … it’s understandable you feel DEMORALIZED.

HOW I CAN HELP YOU HELP YOURSELF

Hi, there! I’m Deb.

I’m an accountability tracker, a writer, and a Pilates instructor who holds a 500-hour classical certification. I am a hopeful, childlike, strong-willed questioner who got curious and stubborn about helping women release the pressure of perfection and the shame when we “fail” to achieve it.

Unfortunately, the structures/coping mechanisms that served some of us while we were in school (and under the rules of our parents) are no longer available to keep us moving forward. So what are those things that motivated us back then?

  • Shorter deadlines
  • Real-live person holding us accountable
  • New things/novelty (homework every night for a new lesson vs. one month to finish a paper)
  • Some sort of structure or framework
  • Office hours/email to check in and reset if something was off

All of which you receive with Accountability Tracking.

Tracking Package and Pricing:

In our first free meeting, let’s find out what you want to change/add/expand on/remove from your life. Where could you be in three months? What could you do?

From there, you have the option to continue our good work together. The consult will clarify if this is the right step for you. I offer the following 2 packages:

  • 3-month tracking package for $1200, meeting once a week ($100/session)
  • 3-month tracking package for $2040, meeting twice a week ($85/session)

In our sessions we will:

  • Discuss your tasks, habits, and/or goals
  • Identify the challenges
  • Break down the whole into its pieces to take small actions
  • Create a framework for your vision
