Working in the new normal has forced organizations to rethink their traditional work models and many have shifted to remote work arrangements. Ever since the pandemic many organizations have the opportunity to revaluate their work models in order to facilitate smooth work wherever they are.  Adopting a hybrid work model, which combines both remote and in-person work seems like the ideal go-to model for a lot of organizations, so should many other organizations and professionals consider adopting it ? 

Synergy, seeks to present to business professionals and organizations the possibility of adopting a hybrid work model and how to ensure high velocity and high collaboration whole operating in this work model.
