This session incorporates, a combination of dance aerobics, circuits, martial arts and yoga. There is a focus on the build up of core strength, and improving the flexibility of the body. This helps to minimise injury when carrying out sport, and is an ideal contrast to those who lead daily sedentary lives.
It's also an ideal warm up for the ACE badminton session which follows at 8 pm.
Those attending the badminton session in addition, will pay a discounted rate.
