May’s Topic: Designing AI-Powered Operations as a Creative Business
In this session, we'll exchange ideas and perspectives on how to incorporate AI as part of your operations. We'll look at examples of how creatives and creative businesses are using AI to systematize workflows, delegate repeatable tasks, and build "creative ops" that support larger goals and ambitions.

We'll reserve plenty of time for an open group discussion and brainstorming on important topics and how you might apply these insights to your craft and business:

• What tasks could you delegate to AI to free your time as an artist/ creative?
• How could you use AI to build repeatable systems so your business improves?
• What's preventing you from being able to scale, and how might AI alleviate some of that overwhelm?

What to Expect:
We'll bring beverages, ice breakers, and discussion prompts to get the conversation flowing. You bring your thoughts, experiences, and viewpoints. ACE meetups are a warm, collegial, and inviting space. All backgrounds, disciplines, and levels of experience will be respected and given space to express their perspectives, opinions, and concerns about the current state and future of the arts, AI, and technology.

Where:

We’ll be in Wall-E on the 1st floor of Station Austin, which is located inside the Omni Hotel in downtown Austin. Once inside the Omni, head to the security desk in the lobby area outside of Station Austin and they can direct you. The entrance to Wall-E is on the 1st floor off the lobby area near the Station Austin elevators.

Parking:

You can park streetside (metered) or inside the garage under the Omni Hotel. Station Austin will validate parking in the Omni Garage to the reduced rate of $8 if you arrive after 5p and leave before 10p.

Membership Not Required:

Meetups are free and open to the public. All are welcome. You do not need a Station Austin membership to attend.
