What do you want to achieve? What are your goals?

We will expose the goals that we want to achieve in our life in the near future and we will communicate which ones are our mental limits when carrying them out. We will expose our fears and our strengths to develop self-love and self-confidence.

I trust that these sessions stimulate us to commit ourselves and our goals or what is the same, what we want in life that "it is difficult for us" to do, since we will share the progress made in each session.

The sessions are open to the spontaneous and to see at the moment what is happening to talk about it.

We will meet at the Redi shopping center in the space called:
Vapaa kaupunki located at:Hermannin rantatie 5 Helsinki (Right next to the "Normal" store).
To know where I am, I will write a note on paper that says: "Welcome" on the table.
