Accelerate Kubernetes Development and Testing with Telepresence

Abstract:
Discover how Telepresence, an open-source CNCF project, revolutionizes Kubernetes development with its versatile use cases. Explore real-world examples of how Telepresence enables rapid local testing, seamless debugging, and streamlined workflows. Learn how leading organizations leverage Telepresence to accelerate development cycles, enhance collaboration, and deliver high-quality software efficiently. Join this session to unlock the potential of Telepresence and supercharge your Kubernetes development journey.

Talk 2: Kevin Barfield is a Solution Architect at Docker. He has a lot of experience in development, Java, middleware, automation, and container spaces.

Telepresence is a game changer for developers that are working with Kubernetes dev/test environments. Learn how the Telepresence extension for Docker Desktop can make using Telepresence even easier! We'll walk through the extension and show how to use it to intercept requests to a remote Kubernetes cluster. Telepresence intercepts can be set up with minimal Kubernetes or environment knowledge using the extension GUI or using the intercept specification.
