Speaker 1 Abstract:

Speaker 1 Bio:

  • Ronald Ngounou is a computer science graduate student at the University of the District of Columbia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in sustainable energy engineering from a Belgian University. Ronald’s journey has been a journey of passion and determination.
  • Despite the challenges, Ronald’s prowess in technology has garnered attention, landing him internships with Fortune 500 companies. He received 4 offers from prestigious tech giants. His multifaceted experiences have equipped him with invaluable insights into the world of technology internships.

Speaker 2 Abstract:

  • Dr. Bulusu will follow Ronald's talk and provide a wealth of experience in this area. Dr. Bulusu will offer a perspective on how to get internships and launch a tech career, having mentored many students over the years. We are lucky to have him speak!

  • Dr. Karthik V. Bulusu is a professor in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering department at George Washington University.
