Modern software teams are drowning in signals but starving for insight. Product ideas, customer interviews, incident reports, epics, pull requests, and service tickets are scattered across Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Loom, Slack, HubSpot and more. For mid–senior Atlassian leaders, the real challenge isn’t adopting “yet another AI tool” – it’s turning this noisy reality into a reliable, measurable engine for delivery.

In this session we’ll explore how Atlassian’s new AI platform, Rovo, sits natively across your Atlassian Cloud stack to 3X team productivity across the full development lifecycle – from discovery and prioritisation, through planning and build, all the way into operations and support. We’ll walk through concrete scenarios where Rovo agents and Atlassian Intelligence automate the boring work, surface the right context at the right time, and keep humans focused on high‑leverage decisions instead of status pings and manual synthesis.

We’ll connect three pillars of modern delivery:

Product management: capturing customer insights at scale, avoiding the classic “5 roadmap mistakes” that waste your team’s time, and using Now / Next / Later and tailored stakeholder views to keep alignment without over‑promising.

Software delivery: using Rovo Dev agents for coding plans, code generation, reviews, and deployment, plus reducing PR cycle time and development lead time with AI‑assisted workflows directly in Jira and Bitbucket.

Operations & support: applying Rovo Ops and Jira Service Management agents to accelerate incident response, generate post‑incident reviews, deflect repetitive tickets, and feed learnings back into your roadmap.

Expect a pragmatic, non‑hand‑wavy conversation: we’ll use real Atlassian examples (Rovo Studio, Feedback Decoder, Customer 360, Jira Theme Analyzer and more) to show what “AI for everyone” looks like when it’s embedded in the tools you already use, instead of bolted on the side.

If you’re a product leader, engineering manager, platform owner, or Atlassian admin trying to make AI real – not just a slide in your strategy deck – this session will help you translate hype into dashboards, agents, and workflows that actually move your roadmap, your SLAs, and your business metrics.

Objectives

By the end of this event, participants will:

Understand the end‑to‑end Atlassian + Rovo story – how Rovo spans discovery, planning, build, test, deploy, and operate in a single teamwork graph, and what that means for your existing Jira, Confluence, JSM, and Bitbucket instances.

Identify and avoid the top roadmap and delivery anti‑patterns – excluding engineering from prioritisation, over‑planning far into the future, one‑size‑fits‑all roadmaps, inconsistent scoring models, and process that slows teams down.

See concrete AI use cases that ship today – including Rovo Studio agents (like Feedback Decoder and Customer 360), Rovo Dev for code & PR workflows, and Rovo Ops/JSM agents for incidents and support deflection.

Learn how to measure AI impact, not just usage – using Rovo dashboards and Atlassian insights to track adoption, agent usage, AI‑assisted hours, containment/deflection, PR cycle time, and roadmap throughput.

Expected Outcomes for Attendees

After attending, mid–senior Atlassian users should be able to:

Design 2–3 high‑impact AI use cases tailored to their own teams (e.g., customer insight summarisation, roadmap theming, code review assist, or AI service agents) and map them to clear value metrics.

Apply a practical framework (Now / Next / Later, tailored views, standardised impact models) to clean up their Jira Product Discovery and Jira Software roadmaps and reduce stakeholder thrash.

Configure or champion a pilot Rovo rollout in their organisation, including which agents to start with, which teams to involve first, and which dashboards to watch to prove ROI.

Confidently articulate to leadership how Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo move core business KPIs: cycle time, incident MTTR, developer satisfaction, ticket deflection, and time spent in status meetings.
