Reminder: Host College Students Taking “Nonreligion in America” Course
Details
Reminder--Don't forget that you have one more chance this winter to host several college students who are studying "Nonreligion in America"--on Thursday evening this week at San Pedro Square in San Jose. The first group we hosted was fun and inspiring, and the students really loved meeting with us!
Local Atheists, Humanists, and other Freethinkers are invited to come to San Pedro Square in San Jose to share ideas with the students learning from Dr. Elizabeth Drescher about “Nonreligion in America” at Santa Clara University. We gather outdoors at big picnic tables at 6:30 pm on Thursday evening. Dress warmly! If rain is possible, bring rain gear.
Parking is right next door at the Market and San Pedro Square Garage.
We look forward to seeing you!
Bonus Fact: Jim W. reminds us that Charles Darwin was born on this date in 1809.
