
What we’re about
We welcome singers and players of acoustic (no-amplified) instruments such as guitar, ukulele, violin, mandolin, etc. The song charts we’ll use sometimes call for a CAPO to raise the key so we can sing it. So if you can CAPO your stringed instrument or transpose on the fly come on over! ALSO, bring your harmonicas, flutes, washboards, beat-box, etc. No need to bring paper copies! Songs with chords and lyrics will be displayed on a big screen TV. I have a large song library (mostly classic rock) in the OnSong app. If you want to contribute songs and/or lead a specific song, that’s do-able too. Find us on Meetup.com. Look for:

The doors to our meeting room at Countryside Library will open at Noon. We’ll start setting up and will be ready to play by 12:30 PM . We can play until 3:30 PM, at which time we’ll start putting the chairs away etc. No food is allowed in the meeting room, but you can bring closeable water bottles.
