The purpose of this group is to discuss ways of making money in various Multifamily Real Estate markets including San Diego, Southern California, Other Southwestern states and beyond.
Overall, San Diego and California in general is a great place to invest in own Multifamily Real Estate (Apartment Buildings). However, because it's difficult to locate opportunities with good cashflow and returns, sometimes we have to look elsewhere including out of state as well. In this meetup we review opportunities wherever they exist and discuss potential strategies for success. We rotate our locations from time to time in order to give more people opportunities to connect with like minds.
