Welcome to ETA Brussels - part of ETA Europe.
This community was created for people who want to buy, operate or grow real small businesses anywhere in Europe. Many new acquirers and operators begin their journey alone. They listen to podcasts, read books and try to figure out the next step without a local group to turn to. ETA Brussels fills that gap.
We bring together searchers, operators, investors and advisors who believe in long-term ownership, practical learning and helping each other move forward. The aim is simple: Create a place where people on the same path can meet, learn and support one another.
What members can expect:

- Honest conversations about sourcing, valuation, due diligence, financing and operations

Adrian Carniol from Novadvice will share his perspective as an investor who has backed multiple business acquisitions across Europe: what he looks for in searchers, how he structures deals, and where he sees the opportunity developing in the Benelux.
