In the rush of busy schedules and endless to-do lists, it’s easy to lose sight of one of our most valuable contributions: our presence. In the year 1600, a Tibetan Lama created a painting to teach his disciples about the art of concentration and the process of working with the Mind. What is the important role of concentration according to Tibetan Buddhism, and what we can learn from this special drawing that can enable us to live a more fulfilling life? Together we will explore concentration as a practical path for inner growth – one that allows us to engage with life more fully and choose with greater clarity.
