Big Sunday Acro Jam - Aug 25th* [Trinity Bellwoods]

This month's Big Sunday Acro Jam will be happening on Sunday 24th August from 3pm at Trinity Bellwoods Park!

Last month was such a blast, and we're ready to do it again! This time with a group pose at 6:30pm. So if you love Acro, enjoy meeting new friends, or have been wanting to discover the joy of partner movement, please come and join us as we learn and play acro yoga together in the sun.

Intro to Acro Class - 3:30pm - 4:30pm [$20 cash or eTransfer]
Acro Games and Spotting Class - 4:45pm [free community class]
Open Jam - 4:30pm onwards [free]
Group Acro pose - 7pm
Closing circle + Pizza - 8pm

Locations:
*Class will be us south of the slacklines in the shade, west of the tennis courts.
*Spotting and Acro Games class [Beginner friendly and all levels] will be where the jam is:
*Jam will be north of the tennis courts on the grassy oval by the path.

No need to bring a partner, we work in small groups for the class practising skills in basing, flying and spotting.
