What we’re about
In this weekly workshop, we'll go through different scenes and improv exercises to improve your acting. Each week is different, with a different theme we work on. You'll be joining other amateur and professional actors from the area.
This workshop is focused on acting for film. You'll be taught how to take direction and how to interpret it in a way that works for you.
We'll go through how to analyse a character in a script and techniques such as using 'as if' situations, action verbs, sensory images, etc. You'll be given suggestions on what to work on. We'll go through real film scenes as well as new ones.
The workshop leader is Asher Lines, an award winning Film Director with a love for directing actors.
