*smile*, I changed the time to 11am. Let's plan on a fun picnic in Scottsdale at El Dorado Park. I have a wonderful reservation for a large West Ramada at the West end. It will be shaded from trees and the structure, which has electric and charcoal grills!
We can have wonderful conversations, catch up, and enjoy food that we bring from around the world. Please think about inviting friends as the location has a 75 to 100 person capacity, a large nearby parking lot, and plumbed bathrooms! The location is easy to find and many can just bike there!
Please think about bringing some delicious food to share. We will need some items to share, like water, plates, and plastic eating utensils. If someone wants to take responsibility for one of these areas, please say so loudly (in your own words) and use the RSVP as a guide to what to buy.
I will bring a little speaker for someone (some people) to DJ tunes and we can enjoy our conviviality and plan for future events!
I will send my phone number the day of the event to those that RSVP so you can call me for anything you want to say/ask about. The weather will be great, but please wear your own protective items as you want. We will be outside. I really look forward to seeing all of you and I am sure you will enjoy each other as well! We are a great group!
