Join a 6 week journey where you meet once a week with others who want to feel better, live with more intention and strengthen what really matters.
Each Wednesday we explore a practical theme for happiness, from gratitude and self care to relationships, resilience, kindness and meaning. You will get simple tools, shared reflection and small actions you can actually use in your daily life.
This is not therapy and not a lecture. It is a guided, supportive space to pause, reflect and move forward together.
The course is developed by Action for Happiness and run by volunteers. Open to everyone and offered on a donation basis.
