Want to feel better in your everyday life, not just think about it?

Join a 6 week happiness course where you meet once a week with others who want more balance, connection and meaning. Each session focuses on one simple, science-based theme that you can actually apply in real life.

Every Wednesday evening, we explore topics like gratitude, self care, relationships, resilience, kindness and meaning. You will get practical tools, guided reflection and small actions to take with you into the week ahead.

This is not therapy and not a lecture. It is a structured, supportive space to pause, reflect and build habits that last.

The course is developed by Action for Happiness and run by volunteers. It is offered on a donation basis, give what you can. Everyone is welcome.
