Finding Meaning Through Improv – A Playful Exploration

Details

Improv is theatre without a script, stories made up on the spot. But it’s also so much more—it’s about connection, creativity, and stepping into the present moment with curiosity and joy.

In this special Meaningful May workshop with AndAlso Improv, we’ll explore how improvisation can help us find meaning in spontaneity, embrace uncertainty, and deepen our connection with others—all while having a great time!

Through fun, low-pressure exercises, you’ll be introduced to core improv principles like yes, and, support, and being in the moment. Whether you’re looking to boost confidence, meet new people, or simply have a laugh, this taster session is an opportunity to experience the magic of improv in a welcoming, inclusive space.
No experience needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to play!

We recommend you RSVP by officially joining the 10 Keys Group here https://actionforhappiness.org/groups/brighton. We can then send you additional info and resources relevant to the session.
