In a world that often feels overwhelming, it’s easy to be consumed by grief, anger, and fear. This meeting offers a space to fully acknowledge and honor these emotions—not as burdens, but as signposts pointing to what matters most.
Through guided reflection and interaction, you’ll be invited to sit with the depth of your feelings and then explore four distinct paths of response:
🌿 Resist – Take a stand through action and advocacy.
🌱 Create – Use your unique skills to make a difference.
💛 Offer Kindness – Foster connection and healing through small but meaningful gestures.
🌟 Reclaim Joy – Engage in what nourishes and renews your spirit.
There is no single “right” way to respond—only the way that resonates most with you. We’d like you to take a sense of validation for your emotions, a feeling of meaningful connection with others during these turbulent times, and more clarity how you can act in ways that strengthen both yourself and the world around you.
The protocol we will be guiding you through was designed by the global “Live with Awareness, Courage and Love” (ACL) project, founded by psychologist Mavis Tsai in Seattle. A donation of $10 USD is requested at www.livewithacl.org, but this is purely voluntary and based on ability to pay.
