Women Only: Towards Peaceful Communication

We all seek peace - in our relationships, at work, and within ourselves. But peace doesn't just happen; it is shaped by our presence and by our words.
This interactive workshop invites participants to explore their own communication. Through guided reflection and group discussion, we will look more closely at our communication patterns, and how they influence outcomes. Inspired by the principles of Nonviolent Communication, this session offers a space to build awareness of our communication habits and discover more intentional ways of expressing ourselves.
