But people don’t sign up for theory. We sign up for relief, reconnection, and meaning.

“Playing” or engaging in recreational activities for enjoyment, like sports, music, art, or Theater, helps us explore the theory of the Inner Self through symbolic play. Studies suggest reconnecting with the playful, creative self you lost to survival mode helps to heal emotional patterns rooted in your early experiences.
When we experience hardships in our lives, whatever that is for you, being able to choose happiness becomes difficult. We start to forget what happiness feels like and may even start to think happiness is out of our reach.
That is such a lonely feeling and Loneliness, guys…. is considered one of the strongest, most significant predictor of Suicide attempts.
