At this special event, Joe Wicks will share his personal tips and ideas for a healthier and happier start to the year. Whether you’re looking to boost your energy, improve your mental health, or simply find a routine that works for you, Joe’s down-to-earth advice will help you make positive changes that last.

Joe is widely known as an author and fitness coach, with his fun and inclusive approach to wellbeing. He'll explain how movement, mindset, food and purpose all play a big role in how we feel – and how small daily actions can lead to big improvements in our health and happiness.
This isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. You don’t need to overhaul your life to start feeling better – you just need to start. Wherever you’re starting from, this session will leave you energised, encouraged and ready to step into 2026 with a renewed sense of purpose.
