May in Mental Health month. What do the various religions say?

Meet together with others who are interested in Spirituality. May as stated above is mental Health Month and we still be looking at 2 aspects of mental health. The first is to read and discuss that the various world religion's scriptures have to say about mental health. The second is to look at what we as individuals can do to assist and serve. The world needs more connection and greater true spirituality and unity.
