Portland Harbor Christmas Boat Parade of Lights

Let’s meet at 3:15 at Lukes… hopefully we will be able to get in. The parade starts at 4:30. Maybe have a beverage and munchies. After the parade maybe continue on to enjoy’s Portlands Christmas lights.
