Do you strive to be active and healthy and want to hang out with others who feel the same?? If you do, then this is a perfect group for you! Our calendar includes: fitness activities (walks, 5ks, dancing, hiking, biking, kayaking, etc..), sporting events, health and nutrition classes/festivals, exploring Boston, stress relief methods, volunteering, healthy dinners, coffee socials, wine tastings, happy hours, and more...Basically anything that gets you off the couch and moving!
