#### What is Creative Circle?

A weekly art-therapy ritual that blends multiple healing modalities into one joyful winter reset. Over eight Saturdays

• Art Therapy: collage, neurographic “thought-rivers,” clay root tokens, sacred-geometry mandalas
• Breathwork & Polyvagal Toning: 4-6-8 coherent breath, 8-point Sirius star inhale, vagus hums
• Somatic Play: tactile hand-texture games, gentle movement, gratitude taps
• Colour & Frequency: chromotherapy mood grids, gold-ink meteor doodles, curated sound playlist
• Ancestral & Dreamwork: lineage collage, dream-weaver oracle cards, eclipse-water blessing

Each session follows a proven flow—Intention → Body Regulation → Creation → Affirmation—so you leave with a finished artwork and a grounded nervous system.
This space is all about connecting with yourself through creativity, exploring emotions, and growing together in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Each session is designed to help you unwind, reflect, and express what’s been holding you back.

### Creative Art Modalities:

Our sessions begin with hands-on creative arts therapy. Techniques such as neurographic drawing, intuitive painting, and collage-making allow you to express feelings and experiences in ways that don’t rely on words. We also include sacred geometry exercises, which use patterns and symmetry to help restore a sense of balance, and phototherapy prompts, inviting you to reflect on meaningful personal or symbolic images. These visual arts practices open pathways for creativity and gentle self-discovery, helping insights to surface naturally.

### Embodied & Sensory Practices:

Transformation is not just mental—it happens in the body too. We use gentle somatic movements and sensory awareness exercises to help release stored tension and reconnect you with your body’s wisdom. Nature-based rituals, such as using water or earth elements, provide grounding and connection. In each session, carefully chosen sounds, scents, and textures create a multi-sensory environment, deepening your experience and helping you stay present.

### Mindfulness & Insight Tools:

To support and anchor every insight, we weave mindfulness techniques throughout our process. This includes short guided meditations and restorative breathwork to regulate and settle your nervous system. Between sessions, you’re invited to use metaphorical insight cards to continue your personal reflection. These simple daily practices help you integrate discoveries from each workshop, supporting sustained personal growth and well-being long after our group time ends.
