Thursday Evening Hike

Join us for an enchanting evening hike using flashlights or headlamps!

This moderate hike is usually 7-8 km depending on the route we take. The terrain might include paved paths or narrow trails with possible ice/mud patches, exposed roots, hills or stairs. A reasonable level of fitness is required. We take some breaks along the way mainly to take pictures!

Let's meet at 6:20 pm at the Forest Heights Tennis Courts parking lot to do a quick meet and greet before starting the hike at 6:30 pm.

Please try to arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. Click on the red pin on the meetup map for directions. If you get lost, feel free to call or text Doris at 780-504-2125.

If you can’t come after all, please remember to edit your RSVP to say "No" so that we are not waiting for you. Please respect all rules and stay home if you are not feeling well.

What to bring:
Water, snack, optional trekking poles, flashlight or headlamp and your fabulous personality!

Reminder:
To check out our events, the drop-in fee is $2 per event per person. Guests are always welcome. Annual Active Living Club members can attend unlimited events. Ask about our milestone challenge and the free Lifetime Membership option. Event Organizers are very much appreciated and also do not have to pay.
