Join us for an introduction to strength and movement training in an outdoor setting. The session will be a blend of strength, coordination, balance and fundamental movements
Limited numbers.
The session is open to all abilities, bring water, a snack and energy!
And join us for post training coffee

Cost: Β£5 + Transaction Fee.
With Sacha Syed: Qualified UK Level 3 coach and leader in running fitness. Former academy football coach and currently 1-2-1 and small group coach.
