π΄πΆπ»/π€ΈββοΈ HikeXercise 101! @ Surrey Hills, Betchworth via Box Hill
Details
π€ΈββοΈ A fusion of mindful hiking and fullβbody functional training that turns the outdoors into your gym. We use the landscape itself as part of the workout: inclines for power, open spaces for strength circuits, scenic pauses for core work, and natural intervals that keep the body guessing!
This isnβt just a hike, and itβs not just a workout. Itβs a rhythm: walk, breathe, train, recover, repeat. Surrounded by fresh air, greenery, and a group energy that makes you push a little harder than you would alone!
