Border Route Trail: Rose Lake Area

Arrive: Thursday, May 13 for early start May 14, 2026
Depart: Sunday, May 17, 2026
Description: Bunk house at Hungry Jack outfitters is booked for late arrival May 13.
May 14 meet at Hungry Jack outfitters and drive to boat landing 9 AM
Take portage to Duncan, camp at northernmost camp site on the lake
We will paddle to Rose Lake portage each day and work east and west on the trail
Return on May 17
Tools, helmets, glove, and goggles are provided
Volunteers provide shelter, sleeping bag, food and cooking, chair, bear bag or canister, we’ll set up two gravity filters for water.
$30 fee to save spot required.
