Haw Creek Overlook-Sunday AM

This is a 2 mile out and back climb from the Haw Creek neighborhood to the Haw Creek Overlook. We'll head out from the trailhead, located at Master's Park - 101 Maple Drive in Haw Creek, going at an easy pace of about 2 mph. Parking is limited. Do not park on the roadside. You are ultimately responsible for your preparedness and safety.
From the Haw Creek Valley Overlook, hikers can enjoy sweeping views of the Haw Creek Valley neighborhood and prominent Asheville structures. The vista includes many mountains, including Mount Pisgah, Piney Mountain, Double Head, Ball Mountain, Little Bald Mountain, and Scott Mountain.
