Sugarloaf Mountain and Northern Peaks Trail (7 miles and 1,500 feet ascent)

DESCRIPTION: This is a 7-mile hike with multiple nice overlooks at Sugarloaf Mountain. We will move at about 2.5-to 2.7 miles per hour on average. There is 1,500 feet in elevation change so it is a moderately difficult hike. Please know your limitations and if you can do that distance and elevation at that speed. We will take a few breaks at scenic overlooks but will make decent time when moving. It will likely take us between 3 and 4 hours. It should be beautiful as all the leaves haven't bud on the trees so you can get a better view.

EXPECTATIONS: Download the trail map onto your phone before you arrive. Bring plenty of drinking water and a lunch/snacks. Know your physical limits and cardiovascular fitness.
