Come together to practice gentle mind-body movement that supports the physical dimension of wellness. Each session blends breathwork, intentional stretching, and yoga-inspired movement to help students feel grounded, mobile, and connected to your body. Students will learn how to listen to their bodies, move with intension, and build confidence in their physical abilities.

About Your Instructor
Ms. Abby Constantino integrates mind-body practices with her clinical and counseling background to support both physical and emotional well-being. Her approach is gentle, inclusive, and rooted in helping students feel safe and confident in their bodies.

Meets online via Zoom/Canvas on Tuesday evenings for 10 weeks between 6/2-8/1.
