Hi Bike-Lovers
We planned a tour this Sunday to enjoy the fresh healthy air and autumn colors. :-)
We will gather at Jette station (so you can bike or take a tram/train to the starting point).
It then becomes a real MTB course from the Schapenweg past Laarbeekbos, then under the tunnel from the motorway to the Hooghof, where you can drive straight through by bike.
We will take a pause (apparently they hey great chocolate milk there 😉)
Then 2 times under the N9 to the Roman road.
Then a wide curve around Asse with Beautiful views.
This is a slightly more adventurous off-track route, so please foresee a mountain- or cross-bike and adapted clothing.
We will end at the train station of Asse from where we will have the choice to either take the train (7min) back to Jette/Brussels or to bike back using the 'bicycle highway' (30min)
Please arrive on time as we will leave exactly at 2pm from Jette. The tour normally takes 1h30 but we foresee 2h30 to be able to enjoy the views and a 30min pause.
