Visit some Falls, Cool off at Stumphouse then go eat!! ( Walhalla)

We will hike in to see 2 pretty waterfalls ( Licklog/Pigpen). It is less than a mile for the whole hike from start to return. It is an in/out trail. We will see 2 waterfalls and hike is rated very easy hike. This is more of a walk than a hike. Yes, it will be hot but we are starting early and then will cool off at Stumphouse which is usually about 50/60 degrees inside. Just a short walk from parking lot is another waterfall. Then we will eat in Walhalla at a Family restaurant which has great food!

Directions to the hike:Drive: From Walhalla, drive northwest on SC 28 for 8.4 miles.

1. Turn: Turn right onto SC 107 and drive 3.1 miles.
2. Turn: Turn left onto Village Creek Road and drive 1.7 miles.
3. Turn: Turn right onto Nicholson Ford Road and drive 2.2 miles to the parking area.
4. Park: Park at the designated lot.

Note: When you get to Nicholson Ford Rd, you will be on a dirt road ( some gravel) and will cross over a little creek. Kind of bumpy and parking lot is small.
